My one to one coaching packages consist of:​

• Six one hour coaching sessions held fortnightly over three months, or monthly over six months

• Weekly accountability check ins via the Signal app

• Coaching sessions generally held over zoom which allows me to work with both UK and international clients. Face to face sessions may be available on request depending on location.
